    I designed these mobile user interfaces using Sketch. Sketch is a specialized interface design tool that provides a user-friendly environment to enable quick iteration and accomplish intricate interface effects. As society evolves, customers increasingly use mobile banking applications for regular transactions and inquiries. Most banking programs, however, rely on cell phone numbers for verification; thus, consumers who change their cell phone numbers frequently have trouble getting in. Customers in this situation must physically visit the bank to rebound their cell phone number, which is inconvenient. To address this issue, I decided to design an interface for a banking application that gives customers the choice of logging in with a mobile phone number or an email address (such as Gmail) for registration and login. This way, users can easily log in using their email address, even if they change their mobile number. Through this project, I would like to appeal that design should emphasize user satisfaction; only by doing so can we add value to service and win customer loyalty.
